ACT Human Rights Film Festival

Each spring, Colorado State University's ACT Human Rights Film Festival welcomes films and filmmakers from around the world to Fort Collins. Celebrating its 11th year, ACT has become Northern Colorado's largest and longest-running film festival. A discounted all-festival pass ($40) for students is on sale now, no code needed. You can also get two free film tickets thanks to SLiCE. When the film lineup and festival schedule are released in March 2026, use the discount code SLiCE26 to claim free film tickets.

The New York Times

ASCSU and C2C have partnered to offer all CSU employees and students free New York Times digital subscriptions. To access your subscription, go to the Access NYT page, select Colorado State University from the drop-down, and follow the prompts to sign up. Faculty and staff will need to repeat the process annually.

The Rocky Mountain Collegian

The Collegian was founded as a campus newspaper by students, for students, in 1891. Now, more than 130 years later, the Collegian is a 7-day-a-week digital publication and learning lab that strives to keep the campus community and the rest of Northern Colorado informed of the latest happenings, issues, and controversies. Subscribe for free at the RMC website.

USA Today & The Coloradoan

In partnership with ASCSU, all CSU employees and students get free USA Today digital subscriptions — including the website/app, podcasts, tailored newsletters, and eNewspaper for 200+ local publications including the Coloradoan.

University Center for the Arts

Your RamCard is your ticket to the University Center for the Arts (UCA)! Full-fee paying students (6+ credits) can receive one no-charge ticket to all music, theatre, and dance department events at the UCA. Tickets are available online, by phone, or at the UCA Ticket Office. A valid RamCard must be presented for redemption — limited to one ticket per student per performance.

Campus SafeWalk

CSU Police Department provides SafeWalk — a student escort trained in safety and security who can walk you to your car or a location within a few blocks of campus. Escorts are Campus Service Officers (CSOs), friendly CSUPD student employees available from dusk until dawn, seven days a week, year-round. In extremely cold weather, CSOs may also have access to a warm vehicle for the escort.

CSU Athletics

CSU students enjoy free admission to all home athletic events by logging into the CSU athletics website with their NetID to claim tickets, which are automatically uploaded to their RamCard for easy entry at the gates. Students can also purchase up to two guest passes per game at a reduced cost for current high school or college students with valid school ID.

CSU Dance Community Classes

CSU Dance provides free community classes on select Saturdays from 10:00–11:00 am at the University Center for the Arts (UCA). The mission is to provide an accessible, inclusive environment for community members of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to explore movement, taught by CSU Dance faculty, students, and invited guest artists.

CSU Passport Services

Apply for a passport right here at Colorado State University through the Office of International Programs. Serving both the CSU community and the public, trained staff can answer questions, process documents, and even take your passport photo for you!

Transfort Bus Routes

Transfort provides several key bus routes serving the CSU campus and broader Fort Collins community. Ride all Transfort buses free by presenting your RamCard to the driver.

• Around the Horn: Free on-campus shuttle looping every 10–20 minutes between Moby Arena, the LSC, and the UCA
• MAX Bus Rapid Transit: Runs north-south along Mason Street to Old Town, grocery stores, and the South Transit Center
• Route 31 & 32: High-frequency "Campus West" routes through Plum Street, Elizabeth, Overland, and Prospect
• The GOLD Route: Late-night weekend service (Fri/Sat, 10:30 PM–2:30 AM) connecting Campus West and Downtown

The Spoke

CSU's student-run bicycle education and repair shop, dedicated to empowering students through hands-on learning and sustainable transportation. Supported by student fees, The Spoke provides free labor for students who engage in the repair process with their mechanics — students only pay for parts.

Zipcar

Zipcar gives CSU students (18+) a convenient, affordable alternative to having a car on campus — on-demand access to vehicles parked right at the university. For a discounted annual membership fee, reserve cars by the hour or day with gas, secondary insurance, and 180 miles per day included.

RamTech

RAMtech is CSU's on-campus authorized technology store, located within the CSU Bookstore in the Lory Student Center. As an Apple Authorized Campus Store and Microsoft Authorized Reseller, RAMtech offers educational discounts on MacBooks, iPads, PCs, and accessories, with the added benefit of charging one major device and accessory purchase per semester directly to your student account.

The Assistive Technology Resource Center

The Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC) provides assistive technology supports and services to CSU students who have a disability. Services include assessments, accommodations, training, equipment loans, and resources.

The Institute for Learning and Teaching (TILT)

TILT supports academic achievement and post-graduation success with free tutoring, academic coaching, and workshops on study strategies. Located on the historic Oval, TILT also houses the Office of Undergraduate Research and Artistry and offers guidance on nationally competitive scholarships, fellowships, and service-learning opportunities.

Aggie Appetite

Hungry? Save more with Aggie Appetite! Fuel your studies without breaking the bank with year-round, exclusive meal deals at your favorite Lory Student Center and campus dining spots. From $4 snacks to $10 gourmet lunches at the Aspen Grille, being a Ram has never tasted so good or cost so little.

Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center

Nutrition Counseling at the Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center (KRNC) is a one-on-one service with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Available to CSU students at a discounted rate of $60 for an initial 50-minute appointment (non-student cost $110) and $36 for a follow-up (non-student cost $60). Group programs like the Eating Disorder Support Group and Intuitive Eating Practice Group are available at a 50% discount.

Ram Country Meats

An educational facility within the Department of Animal Sciences providing students and the Fort Collins community with high-quality beef, pork, lamb, and specialty sausages at competitive prices. Located at the JBS Global Food Innovation Center with a retail shop and 24/7 online ordering for curbside pickup.

Colorado State Parks Passes

CSU students can now use the library as a ticket to the outdoors with Check Out Colorado State Parks Passes, available at Morgan Library. Anyone with a library card — your CSU RamCard — can check out a parks pass allowing vehicle entry into any of Colorado's 42 state parks for up to one week. Each pass comes with a pack of useful outdoor adventure items.
