ACT Human Rights Film Festival

Each spring, Colorado State University's ACT Human Rights Film Festival welcomes films and filmmakers from around the world to Fort Collins. Celebrating its 11th year, ACT has become Northern Colorado's largest and longest-running film festival. A discounted all-festival pass ($40) for students is on sale now, no code needed. You can also get two free film tickets thanks to SLiCE. When the film lineup and festival schedule are released in March 2026, use the discount code SLiCE26 to claim free film tickets.

ASCSU and C2C have partnered to offer all CSU employees and students free New York Times digital subscriptions. To access your subscription, go to the Access NYT page, select Colorado State University from the drop-down, and follow the prompts to sign up. University Center for the Arts

Your RamCard is your ticket to the University Center for the Arts (UCA)! Full-fee paying students (6+ credits) can receive one no-charge ticket to all music, theatre, and dance department events at the UCA. Tickets are available online, by phone, or at the UCA Ticket Office. A valid RamCard must be presented for redemption — limited to one ticket per student per performance.

CSU Police Department badge

Campus SafeWalk

CSU Police Department provides SafeWalk — a student escort trained in safety and security who can walk you to your car or a location within a few blocks of campus. Escorts are Campus Service Officers (CSOs), friendly CSUPD student employees available from dusk until dawn, seven days a week, year-round. In extremely cold weather, CSOs may also have access to a warm vehicle for the escort.

CSU Athletics

CSU students enjoy free admission to all home athletic events by logging into the CSU athletics website with their NetID to claim tickets, which are automatically uploaded to their RamCard for easy entry at the gates. Students can also purchase up to two guest passes per game at a reduced cost for current high school or college students with valid school ID.

CSU Dance provides free community classes on select Saturdays from 10:00–11:00 am at the University Center for the Arts (UCA). The mission is to provide an accessible, inclusive environment for community members of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to explore movement, taught by CSU Dance faculty, students, and invited guest artists.

Transfort Bus Routes

Transfort provides several key bus routes serving the CSU campus and broader Fort Collins community. Ride all Transfort buses free by presenting your RamCard to the driver.

  • Around the Horn: Free on-campus shuttle looping every 10–20 minutes between Moby Arena, the LSC, and the UCA
  • MAX Bus Rapid Transit: Runs north-south along Mason Street to Old Town, grocery stores, and the South Transit Center
  • Route 31 & 32: High-frequency "Campus West" routes through Plum Street, Elizabeth, Overland, and Prospect
  • The GOLD Route: Late-night weekend service (Fri/Sat, 10:30 PM–2:30 AM) connecting Campus West and Downtown

Colorado State Park Passes

Colorado State Parks Passes

CSU students can now use the library as a ticket to the outdoors with Check Out Colorado State Parks Passes, available at Morgan Library. Anyone with a library card — your CSU RamCard — can check out a parks pass allowing vehicle entry into any of Colorado's 42 state parks for up to one week. Each pass comes with a pack of useful outdoor adventure items.
